The Conclave has a total of 31 units and can sleep up to 68 guests sharing
The restaurant can seat up to 140 guests & outside area 40 guests
The Conclave Country Lodge guarantee exclusivity to groups of 40 pax and more
We like to give our guests the flexibility to make up their own package
that suite their needs best and therefore don’t have set packages

Venue Hire:

40 adults & more     : R2000.00
Less than 40 adults : R3000.00

Bed & Breakfast rates:

Adults                         : R650.00 per person per night
Children 7-13 Years : R325.00 per child per night
Children 2-6              : R150.00 per child per night
children under 2       : No charge

Welcome Snacks/Lunch:

Beef & Chicken wraps          : R160.00 per person
Beef/Chicken hamburgers  : R160.00 per person
Meat platters                          : R110.00 per person
Cheese & biltong platters     : R110.00 per person
Canapes                                    : R110.00 – R160.00 per person

Dinner:

Spitbraai: R380.00 per person

*PLEASE note that the minimum guests request for a spitbraai is 40 adults, a surcharge of R1 500.00
will be charge for groups less than 40 adults

Braai: R350.00 per person

2 Course buffet: R320.00 per person

Pasta & salads: R190.00 per person

*This is a light & casual dinner, ideal for the first night

  Own cooler boxes are welcome the first night for two nights (weekend) bookings only
  The bar will be open the entire time even on Friday’s with weekend booking
